Not getting email reports?

Here is the solution as to why you are not getting email reports.

There can only be two reasons why you don't get our report.


1. Your email and/or password has changed.


OR


2. You or your manager/employee turn off the computer when they leave.


If it is the first one, click the yellow Test Email Button to see if it goes through first. If works then your email/login is fine and the manager/employee has to either: stop turning off the computer when they leave or click the orange Night Closedown Button and let it finish. When it says backup finished then the computer can be shut down.


If your email and/or password doesn't work after clicking the Test Email button. Then make sure you have the right login info and try again.
